Frequently Asked Questions
What does a standard service cover?
We keep it simple. A standard service includes cleaning and repacking wheel bearings, a full brake adjustment, and a safety check of your chassis, suspension, and lights to make sure you're good for the road.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
If we're passing through your area, there is no call-out fee to quote for specialised work required which is outside of a standard service. If you're a bit further out, there will be a fee of $100 which covers a 30-minute consultation but we'll always let you know exactly what that is before we head over.
How and when do I pay?
Card, cash, or bank transfer right there on the day once the job is finished. No hidden costs or messy paperwork, just straightforward local service.
